Telugu Students Club is a meetup in Hyderabad for students and recent graduates only. No fee, no application, no recruiter pitch deck. We started it because startups and openings do not help people who have never been told what the job market actually expects — and the only way to design better programmes is to hear that gap from the room itself.
Where it stands
What actually happens
A room for students and recent graduates to say what they are preparing for, what confuses them about hiring, and what they wish someone had said earlier. The rest of the room asks hard questions — not to perform, but so the next Academy and Careers work is aimed at reality.
Who turns up
Students still in college, people who graduated recently, and those between applications. This is not a founders pitch night and not a recruiter open house. If you are past that stage, Ongole Founders Club is the other room.

Every meetup is research for MasterNext Academy and Careers. We use what the room says to plan programmes that help people land jobs faster — not programmes we assumed they needed.
Honest market signal
What companies actually look for, what a portfolio has to show, and where campus advice stops being useful. Said plainly, without the motivational talk that wastes a Sunday morning.
Peer introductions
Much of what the club produces is one student knowing another is stuck on the same problem — applications, interviews, choosing what to build next.
A path, not a funnel
Some people will later join Academy or apply to roles we open. Many will not. The club still works if the only outcome is a clearer next step they take somewhere else.

Where the density is
Hyderabad has the students, the hiring market, and the noise that comes with both. Starting the listening room here does not replace Ongole Founders Club — it complements it. One room for builders in a Tier 3 city; one room for students preparing to enter the market.
Alongside MasterNext
The club sits alongside MasterNext rather than inside it — the same integrity as Founders Club. People who come through owe us nothing and are not obliged to become students of the Academy or applicants to our roles.

Every engineer here spends 80% of their time building and 20% teaching what they've learned. You will own things end to end, in Ongole — still our home base as we expand into Hyderabad.
