Research

We pick the problem before we write a line of code.

Research is where MasterNext decides what deserves to exist. We spend months inside a problem before committing an engineer to it — talking to the people living with it, mapping who has already tried and failed, and staying willing to walk away. Every product this company has shipped was a research finding first.

Manufacturers and exporters

India makes excellent products and presents them badly. A manufacturer in Andhra Pradesh with a genuinely competitive product loses the order to a worse one that arrived with better photographs and a clearer email. The gap is not quality. It is presentation, and it is communication.

Hello India is a marketplace where every manufacturer is verified and every listing is written, photographed and represented by our own people. Buyers deal with us. Manufacturers do not speak to buyers directly — mediation is handled end to end by people who are good at exactly that, because the thing being fixed is the conversation, not the catalogue.

The name is a placeholder. The finding is not.

What this wing has already produced

Both platforms in the Technology wing began here, as questions rather than products.

InGenX began as a question about dread

Why do institutions that want to run hackathons keep not running them? The answer was not budget or appetite. It was that organising one across forms, sheets and group chats is miserable, and the misery is invisible until you are inside it.

TriVedus began as a question about cost

Everyone in Indian hiring knows resume fraud exists. Almost nobody had put a number on what it costs the employer who falls for it. Once we found one — ₹20L on average — the product designed itself.

How this wing works

We start with the person, not the market

Market size tells you whether a problem is worth money. It tells you nothing about whether it is worth solving. We go and find the person living inside the problem and ask what their week actually looks like.

We are willing to walk away

Most of what this wing examines never becomes a product. That is the wing working correctly, not failing. A research division that ships everything it looks at is a marketing division.

We publish the finding before the product

If the finding is real it is useful to somebody else even if we never build the thing. Sitting on it until we have something to sell would be the wrong instinct.

Research is not a phase

It does not stop when engineering starts. Every product in the Technology wing still has open questions here, and the answers change what gets built next.

Careers

We hire people who want to build whole products — not tickets.

Every engineer here spends 80% of their time building and 20% teaching what they've learned. You will own things end to end, in Ongole — still our home base as we expand into Hyderabad.
