Privacy Policy — how we handle your data.

MasterNext Technologies Private Limited (CIN U85490AP2025PTC118348) is the Data Fiduciary for personal data processed through this website. Our registered operations are in Ongole, Andhra Pradesh, India. We are expanding into Hyderabad; that does not change who is accountable for your data.

For privacy requests, use the Contact page or email the address revealed there for general enquiries. We treat privacy requests as priority correspondence.

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Contact and email reveal forms — name, email address, optional organisation, subject, message, and which inbox you asked to reveal (general or careers), plus the page you were on.
• Career applications — name, email, phone, LinkedIn URL, optional Instagram details, answers to role-specific questions, and related application metadata.
• Technical data — standard server and security logs (for example IP address, browser type, timestamps) needed to operate and protect the site. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

If you continue a contact enquiry on WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.

We process personal data only for clear purposes connected to our work as a software research and technology company:

• Responding to enquiries about technology, research, academy programmes, or Founders Club.
• Revealing a contact email after you choose to share your details.
• Evaluating candidates for open roles and communicating about applications.
• Running, securing, and improving this website.
• Meeting legal or regulatory obligations when they apply.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for third-party advertising.

Where the DPDP Act requires consent, we rely on the consent you give when you submit a form (contact, email reveal, or career application). You may withdraw consent for future processing by writing to us; withdrawal does not undo processing already completed lawfully.

We may also process data where it is necessary for employment-related evaluation, to provide a service you requested, or for legitimate uses recognised under applicable law (including security and fraud prevention).

Application and email-reveal records are stored in databases hosted by Supabase on our behalf. Supabase acts as a Data Processor / service provider for that storage. Infrastructure may involve servers outside India; when that happens, we rely on contractual and platform safeguards available from the provider.

We may share data with professional advisers or authorities when required by law, or with service providers strictly needed to operate email, hosting, or communications — under obligations to keep it confidential.

Contact and reveal records are kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted or anonymised unless we must retain them longer for legal reasons.

Career applications are kept for the hiring cycle for that role and for a limited period afterwards (typically up to 24 months) so we can consider you for related roles or defend hiring decisions, unless you ask us to delete sooner and we are not required to retain the record.

Subject to the Act and applicable rules, you may request to:

• Access a summary of personal data we hold about you and the processing activities involved.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Erase personal data when it is no longer needed for the stated purpose, or when consent is withdrawn and retention is not otherwise required.
• Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
• Have a grievance addressed through our contact channel below.

To exercise these rights, use Contact and mark the message as a privacy request. We will respond within a reasonable period.

We use access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and least-privilege admin access to application data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we work to reduce risk proportionate to the data we hold.

This website and our hiring processes are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children as defined under the DPDP Act. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it.

If you have a complaint about how we handle personal data, write to us via the Contact page with the subject “Privacy / DPDP”. We will acknowledge and work to resolve it. You may also have rights to approach the Data Protection Board of India once the applicable redressal mechanisms under the Act are fully operational for your case.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices or the law change. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you should read the revised notice.
